Mr. Suriya Wannabuit currently holds the position of Managing Director of Kayawa Co., Ltd,
company consultant of PRE-BUILD PLC, BIC Group Asia in Cambodia, Marina and Hotel Projects at
Phuket in Thailand, Supreme Estate Development Co. Ltd., Prinsiri PLC, Project Management:
Residential Projects at Poipet, Hotel Empire at Poipet, Cambodia, 'Lanna Heritages' Single
Detached Houses Project, Chiangmai (Chiang Mai Contruction Group). Further, Suriya holds position
is official dealer of Siam Daikin Sales Co.,Ltd., namely Wannasarn Co.,Ltd. as Director and
STW Co., Ltd. as Shareholders and Executive Director. He was formerly the high level management
and expertise in real estate development at Sansiri PLC, Piwattana Co., Ltd., Pruksa Real Estate PLC.,
Asian Property Development Co., Ltd., Siam Sindhorn Co., Ltd., AP National Sales Co., Ltd.
Suriya holds an M.B.A from Chulalongkorn University Business (Thailand), and B.A. in Economics,
Thammasat University (Thailand).
Nimit Wongjariyakul

Mr. Nimit Wongjariyakul currently holds the position of B-52 Capital PLC. as Chairman of the
Board of Executive Directors, Precise Corporation as Advisor to the Board of Directors,
Premium Plus Advisory Services Co., Ltd. and Legal Connect Co., Ltd. as Chairman of the Board
of Directors, He was formerly the high level management at Capital Nomura Securities, Thaimex
Finance and Securities, Nomura International (HK) and Capital Nomura Securities, Nomura Research
Institute (HK), PTT Exploration & Production as Facility and Construction Engineer, Unocal (Thailand)
as Facility Engineer. Nimit holds Royal Decoration of Benjamaporn Mongkut Thai for the service to
the House of Representatives Committee on Land, Natural Resources and Environment.
Nimit holds The Pennsylvania State University, M.Sc in Petroleum Eng. and B.Sc. in Chemical Eng.

Marketing Advisor
Mr. Manatase Annawat was formerly Chief Marketing and Sales Officer of Raimon Land PLC., Senior
Deputy Managing Director of the EM District, Chief Marketing Officer of Siam Paragon, and Senior
Executive at Thai Samsung Electronics, Pepsico, and Johnson & Johnson. He has over 20 years of
extensive background and expertise in Marketing & Sales.
Manatase holds an M.B.A. majoring in Marketing, and Finance & Banking from University of San Franciso,
and B.B.A in Marketing from Assumption University.
